I was wondering what his position would be. I'm glad to see him stand, if not with us, against our opponents. His opinion matters much more to me than those of a hundred gaming journalists.

I definitely agree with his sentiment. I'm surprised that people are leaping to the defense of a corporation when they have produced something that is sub-par.

If this is Bioware holding back the "true" ending for DLC it is despicable. We should have a real ending that came with the game. We were supposed to be able to "take back Earth" and "finish the fight with the Reapers".

Instead we get three nonsensical choices with 3 different colored cut scenes.

Denial and Loyalty bring out the worst in heart broken fans. They're still in the denial stage, let it sink in a bit longer when they're alone. Soon enough they'll start asking why and find out that for all the why's they have they have no awnser to any of them. That's when they reach the stage of anger.

I haven't always seen eye-to-eye with TB, but I've always admitted that he was intelligent and unafraid to speak his mind. And it shows. Well done, well done.

What I like best about this video is that he's right. What the heck is up with all these reviewer articles assuming, "you must buy their product and then shut up if you don't like it?" That's not how the market works. I suppose it's mostly a symptom of being payed to pretend that's how the market works.

I must say, amusing how for once a thread on BSN about TotalBiscuit is not filled with blind hatred.

IGN is a joke
Watch this video to realize just how "professional" most of the paid reviewers are and then realize its no wonder IGN is attacking its own fans.

TB is always awesome. But he also should have explained that corporations are their to make money and if BW has a solid post-ending DLC plan to milk more money out of the the players then so be it. After all, you buy it because YOU want more. Capitalism at its finest.

While i agree that the endings are at best mediocre i found the way most people acted to be immature and childish. But it is something i come to expect from BSN

Yup combination of being paid by the publisher for advertisement space along with the fact that journalists get the games for free. You can't trust game journalists anymore as most of them are internet-based and thus have reason to be biased: for the advertising money.

This little rant of his is a surprisingly insightful and accurate view on not only this problem, but a bad trend in the gaming industry in general.

Games may be games, but we pay for them so they are still at the mercy of basic market principles. Simple as that.

Gained a lot of respect for this guy.
