As much as I like having this sticky here to reassure users that problems reported on BSN are being looked into... I'd rather a sticky telling us what issues have been acknowledged, which are beig worked on, and what will be fixed in the next update. More detail please.

For mercy's sake, fix the PS3 fps/lag/semi-freezing problems.
I want to play the singleplayer story, but it's a hopeless, stuttering mess.
I'm just playing the multiplayer for now, but at some point I would like to play the actual game I've bought...

They wont fix it. It is apparent.
If they were about to do something they would have said something already. I am very dissappointed and i think it is a shame that they treat their customers and fans this way. They cry out about how they wont tolerate anymore people talking trash, but I dont see what they are doing to even prevent it via communication...
We are asking NICELY for one DAMN MONTH now.. what did we got Bioware?? We got IGNORED. How do you think that helps from fans raging, commenting and losing their temper?
What you guys think you can ignore us like this and we should all just bend over and take it? You expect us to respect you with our behavior when YOU are not respect US with yours. Unless ignoring someone is considered respect these days...

I could not even do the first mission on this game i had been playing multiplayer for 2-3 hours before i decided to start single player it was fine at first and then when i have to shoot the doctor it frooze my ps3 and the lag even before i got to this part was bad.

Bioware never cared, all they cared about was their profit margins. I'm sure they were aware of these issues, but choosed to screw its customers and fan over with it. That's why I haven't seen one BioWare Admin or personal Staff to even comment on anything in this TECHINCAL SUPPORT FORUMS.

I don't know you go to the x-box forums and the pc forums and you see BioWare staff asking questions and getting information and telling them they are aware of the issue. I'm not the brightest guy by any means but damn we don't get that kind of attention.

Is there any news about the developers working on a fix to the LOTSB romance inporting issues. I've put a lot of time into romancing Liara and it's a shame that her dialogue does not reflect my loyalty to her through 3 games.
(ex: she keeps calling me her "friend" and says that it's been two years since we were togeather)
I know BioWare has their hands full with the new ending DLC but I feel that this is a similar issue. If my choices in ME2 don't cross over what is the purpose of having choices.
If the developers view their creation as a work of art (as I do) then it would be in the best intrest of the artist to make sure their work is precieved correctly and fully. Not to mention it seems like an easy bug to fix, unless separate dialogue for long term Liara lovers was never recorded.

Man, I feel like I got gypped by paying full price for this crap. I did a full reformat of my PS3 and am still getting freezing every time the squad menu screen comes up. I haven't noticed frame rate issues because I can't start any new missions due to that particular freezing bug. Thanks for an update Chris, I appreciate it.
Also is there a way to upload my save data to your team? i'm curious if it's something that can be recreated.

I would take a picture of your n7 ce with your paper that should have given the code, scan your reciept if you have it and send that over to ea support.the more proof the better. I had a similar issue with ubisofts ac revelations and they gave me the run around. My code for that game was invalid. I had to show overwhelming proof that what i was sayibg was true. I dont know if ea functions the same but its worth a shot

Providing a technical forum for users to post technical related questions/feedback when there is hardly any EA/Bioware Staff to respond to our queries seems odd.
We are often told to contact EA who then refer us back to the forums.
Technical Support staff should be on hand on the forums to assist users. But in all there seems to be a lack of community engagement from Bioware staff (especially on the PS3 Technical forums).
It would be nice if someone from Bioware would at least address our concerns.

A list of the known issues would be nice. That way we know which bugs no longer need reporting. And what would be even better would be the order in which this triage is taking place. I for one am not playing ME3 right now, due to the fact that I have multiple freezes a day and the last one caused me to completely restore my file system.

the framerate is ok for me so that one thing but the freezing is bothering me. I don't want a bricked console because of one game. No probs with other games
And I have 30+ of them, so I know even skyrim ran/runs like a charm

I wonder if its specifically Bioware that isn't addressing our concerns, or the part of Bioware that makes ME3... I say this because I remember when I was playing DA2 and there were game breaking issues, that particular Bioware staff did respond to us to let us know they were working to fix things- they'd also ask us for more details about how the issues were triggered. (like they should) This is the first time I've felt TOTALLY ignored by a game company. Bethesda responded to Skyrim issues pretty quickly as well. Talk about MASS FAIL.

When I first played the game I was shocked by the framerate and the textures, then I got used to it.
However the freezes and some bugs are unacceptable. You get to wonder if there was really a testing part.

You can try going to the Purgatory Bar then to the Holding Area.
