Best bet is to PM one of the Bioware staff or post to their twitter page.
Even then -- there is less than 1% chance they will reply.
I made the mistake of complaining too much about the shortcomings of Mass Effect 3 (despite liking it for what it is), and now get zero response from them.
That might also be because I'm part of the PS3 community and they hate us by default -- as is quite evident.
I am sure they don't hate us. They probably don't have an answer yet. I did notice a tweet from The Evil One saying we might see a new patch soon. Information next week maybe.
Perhaps. The problem I have is that we are recieving absolutely no interaction from anyone at Bioware.
Admitting that there are an unacceptable amount of problems with the game and keeping us updated weekly (even if there is no new news) would go a long way in making us feel better about having supported this development studio.
Something like this perhaps:
"Dear Bioware fans,
We sincerely apologize to everyone experiencing problems with the game. We understand your frustration.
We are doing everything we possibly can to address all of the issues you have brought to our attention and to restore your shaken faith in us as developers. We assure you that you are not forgotten. Unfortunately at this time we have no word on what fixes will be available in the next patch or when said patch might be available. Rest assured, a patch is in the works.
We would like to thank you for your continuing patience and for supporting us. Without you, Bioware wouldn't be the company it is today.
Regards,
Bioware "
It would take less than five minutes a week to keep us posted and feeling like we matter to Bioware. It's not that hard.
