Best bet is to PM one of the Bioware staff or post to their twitter page.

Even then -- there is less than 1% chance they will reply.
I made the mistake of complaining too much about the shortcomings of Mass Effect 3 (despite liking it for what it is), and now get zero response from them.

That might also be because I'm part of the PS3 community and they hate us by default -- as is quite evident.

I am sure they don't hate us. They probably don't have an answer yet. I did notice a tweet from The Evil One saying we might see a new patch soon. Information next week maybe.

Perhaps.  The problem I have is that we are recieving absolutely no interaction from anyone at Bioware.

Admitting that there are an unacceptable amount of problems with the game and keeping us updated weekly (even if there is no new news) would go a long way in making us feel better about having supported this development studio.

Something like this perhaps:

"Dear Bioware fans,

We sincerely apologize to everyone experiencing problems with the game.  We understand your frustration.

We are doing everything we possibly can to address all of the issues you have brought to our attention and to restore your shaken faith in us as developers.  We assure you that you are not forgotten.  Unfortunately at this time we have no word on what fixes will be available in the next patch or when said patch might be available.  Rest assured, a patch is in the works.

We would like to thank you for your continuing patience and for supporting us.  Without you, Bioware wouldn't be the company it is today.

Regards,

Bioware "

It would take less than five minutes a week to keep us posted and feeling like we matter to Bioware.  It's not that hard.

By all means, people.I understand your frustration. Each time I play the game it's like watching a picture-roulette.But we all knew that it would be this way(just consider ME2).
And we've gotten an update. They've already told us twitterfollowers that we'll hopefully get an update next week, so crossing fingers for a better(almost perfect) game;D

Well i will say this i figured after me2 they would have been much better at working with the ps3. In the back of my mind i did have doubt however my optimism far out weighed my doubt... Guess who was wrong about that. :(

From my experiences, ME2 ran better than ME3. Which is weird because ME2 was suppose to be running on the ME3 engine. All the more reason why these bugs shouldn't of been in this game.

I can't wait to see the patch notes. Hopefully, they've been listening!

Listening.....what's this word you are talking about? Mass Effect seems meant as a XBOX/PC franchise and we all seem to come in last place in terms of what they think of us and their "version" of this game. When you lose 60+ hours of gameplay due to issues that should have been solved MONTHS ago, you get pretty dang frustrated.

So, is there any news about the release date for the patch notes?

I have not seen anything on twitter about it. If i remember the evil ones tweet, he said we might learn what is in it. Don't think official patch notes or release date was mentioned but I could be wrong.

The last patch didn't even fix the freezing issue, let alone the framerate problems.

For me, the game fixed the holding docks glitch but it created the freezing problem I'm currently having. I played through the game twice prior to the patch andnit never froze. I fired it up on the day of the patch and it froze within 10 mins. The freezes are far and few but when they happen, the ps3 has to restore itself.

As far as the framerate, I don't know. I WANT them to fix it so it can be on par with the 360 but I have a feeling they aren't. Hopefully, I'm wrong and they've been listening to everything we've been saying last for the last couple of months.

Come on Bioware, don't let us down.

Yeah I would say I 100% get more game freezes in single player since the patching process began.  The original version was more functional for me too bad I can't get it back for more then one reason.  Mainly cause unpatching requires me to D/L the whole fracking game again...It's like 14 gb, so no..just no.  I've tried just deleting the patch and d/l section, but for whatever reason it doesn't remove the patch on the PSN version.

Add to that you auto get the newest patch now, and can't get the patch that came out day one instead.  So yeah...I just play multiplayer mostly cause it doesn't freeze at all for me.

I haven't been following the patch release logs. The game is now stuttering on certain stages and it gets progressively worse like my PS3 is about to freeze within the same game. I didn't have this issue before. I first noticed it while sniping and looking through the scope. First time it happened was on firebase hydra. I immediately reboot my PS3 after the game ended. It happened the second time on firebase condor. All the normal maps were fine... what gives.

Hopefully, next patch will stop random freezes (both in single *and* multi player) and fix engineer turret health bars to be visible when not hosting a game...

Please, i only want a simple yes or no. That is three letters maximum, and not hard to do.I have stalked this thread for two months now, and not a single post, aside from your first where you said that you wanted communication, has come from you or the development team. Two months of waiting patiently to play a game that I payed 60 dollars for (and 10 dollar dlc for), and still no word of when I will be able to place it in my console without constant worry of whether or not I will break it. We just want any form of communication on the frame rate issue; it could be a two page letter describing the inner workings of why you will or will not develop a patch, or even a simple yes or no on your twitter feed and we would be happy. Good luck with the hopeful patch, and may the Goddess be with you. :)

Too many glitches since the patch...
Connection issues
Server disconnects
games erroring out after you beat all 11 waves, it gets stuck on 0:00 for over 5 mins and you must force quit out matches
black boxes on enemies
black boxes on powers
going thru enemies with powers
random stop motion lag on stages
dying after being picked up. I watched someone pick me up when I had half a bar left, instant die, then 5 sec later appear alive in a random part of the map I wasnt around!
The glitches are insane... Please fix your crap bioware. It already takes me enough agony to go back in, but this crap makes you not want to bother playing.

on the good note: Liked the random banche spawns no matter what you choose as enemy. Wish it randomly put in all higher level enemies as well. Like getting a random Atlas in a geth match etc.

Is the game still laggy and looking like crap or did they fix that in the extended cut on the PS3?

Nothing was fixed in the Extended Cut.  It's still broken.  It's a shame because it's such a beautiful game.

I simply can't fathom why the Me2 port ran so much better than ME3; a game that's actually running off the ME2 engine. Just nonsensical.

I'm obviously being hyperbolic, but ever since this game came out it kind of feels like they've just reeled us in expressly (with a good ME2 port) so as to screw us over now without fiscal consequence. :( Just disappointing that I still can't enjoy this game to the fullest extent possible.

Still hoping.

We need the frame rate issue in PS3 Fixed... Is the major problem with the game.
