Dear Bioware,

I have bought Mass Effect 3. So far so good. However I wanted to end my playthrough of part 2 and do the DLC's. My girlfriend already finished ME2 and also downloaded (and paid) for the content. So far, still so good.

So last Saturday (10th of March) we get the game. On Sunday I start to play ME2 to decide how I wanted to end the part 2 and enter the final saga. We all do this on the same X-box, and the profile of my GF bought the DLC, which I also played.

I played the Z'aeed DLC and was quite enjoying myself. My girlfriend started playing ME3. Everything was rainbows and Little Ponies.

However... on Monday (12th of March) I wanted to play ME2 and then  appeared and appearently corrupted all the DLC, save only Z'aeed. Making me unable to play ME2.

As mentioned my girlfriend already played these DLC's and I played they on Sunday also. But now they are corrupt and better still, when my GF tries to play ME2 (as a test) the ME2 also says to her to redownload them yaddayaddayaadda.

Of course tried this, but still it keeps saying this BS. So I don't understand this at all. I did not change the license of the X-box and there was no warning about this DLC.

What I think might be reasons:
1> In ME2 I used the code in ME3 my GF did this. However that doens't explain why on Sunday I could play it and on Monday neither of us can play ME2
2> For some reason that data actually was corrupted. But the chance that this happens with all of the DLC is almost impossible.
3> Shabazz Aladeen saw it fit to block me.

But really. WTF? Please let me know what I am doing wrong :(:crying::unsure:;):happy::o

Really... I have been trying all week to get this fixed. Talking with the customer service from India and god know's where.

Still no solution at all. And every, really every time, I need to give the exact same information for every new guy that is trying to help me...

But why make case numbers if you still have to explain it to Mr. X, Y and Z every time...

I am venting this on here because I am really at my wits end.

Welllll I did get an update. I have exhausted all options with the customer service, so now I have moved up a level.

Which means, really, that I have to wait for 1 to 2 weeks for them to contact me? So I buy a new game which bugs (my guess) ME2 and now I have to just keep waiting... Ah well it is a luxury problem, but it still annoys the hell out of me.

I have tried everything now. I also even bought the downloads again...

This seems to work but is really BS in my opinion.

Well it has been solved. I bought 3 of the malfunctioning again. But they work now. I had to spend 1920 Microsoft Points to solve it.

But I can now play ;-) I was also compensated, to some extent by the EA customer service. So it took me a week, solved the problem and received some points back. Not all, but I can finally play.

I hope this post maybe helps others also.
