When I first beat the game and I got all the way through the final cutscenes including the old man with the boy, I had mixed feelings. I really enjoyed the game all the way through up until after the Illusive Man.

I then went from mixed feelings to HATEING the ending. I was expecting more, and I felt that it had just left us all hanging. After thinking about it more I have grown to like it, but still have some problems with it. Going to break it down a bit.

The Three Decisions.
I have a a variety of different feelings of the ending coming to the classic "You have three choices" situation. I was hoping the 100's of decision I have made in the past 3 games would reflect on the final outcome. I understand that it does in a way, because the better your Galactic Rediness the better outcome you can have when you make a decison. My first time through I destoyed all synthetics, saved the galaxy and Shepard survived. and that was with no multiplayer. The fact that someone could easily pick it up for the first time and just play some multiplayer to get the same exact ending bothers me a bit.

I also felt my Shepard should have been able to argue with the catalyst a bit. The fact I had no dialog options in that entire scene bothered me a bit. My Shepard would not just accept having to chose between those 3 huge decisions. It would take some convincing.

The Normandy Crashing on some random planet.
I kind of enjoyed this. Because not matter what decision you make it envolves everyone having to restart. Basically the cycle restarts without the destruction of everything and all. The landed on some new planet in which will now be there new home (Good thing it had oxygen)

The Old Man and the Boy
Just makes the starting a new life story even better. Shepard goes down as a legend. No one knows how exactly he saved them, but they know he did.

Final Battle
This is the big thing I wanted to see something more on. I created a huge multi-race army that would have kicked some reaper ass. I wanted to see some of that in the final battle scene. Right after you make your decision and before the reapers are destroyed I wish it showed me. Krogan charging into a giant group of Reapers and kicking butt, and the Rachni swarming towards the reapers. Geth and Quarian ships side by side laying down some air assaults, but still the Reapers winning. Maybe your love interest fighting a group of Reapers and right as he/she is about to be over ran the Reapers get destroyed.
