My PSN ID and my Bioware/EA account are the same email address. Under my "Your Registered Game Promotions" tab, i see the blood armor and the 3 items from journeys. BUT, they are not in my characters bags and they are not in the DLC menu. What am i doing wrong?

I am having the same problem aswell mate! and still waiting for answers! seems like this is not our problem hope bioware/ea solve this issue asap! cause i don't want to waste 54 euro with ****ty content that comes with it!!!

Have you tried re-entering the code from within the game while signed-in to the Dragon Age server under that account?

says the code is invalid. I wish i would have read these forums first and entered it ingame to at least get the armor. I followed directions on the card and entered the code on dragonage.bioware.com/redeem.

Unfortunately I have no idea what is wrong. You may have to do as the website suggests and visit their help page.

i opened a ticket on the support page. ill update this if i get any results so maybe someone else who has this issue wont get as frustrated as i am now.

i retrieve my code now the guy from ea name andy help me out with no hassle. go to ea chat or something... my problem is my account is not linked to my psn but he sort it out himself..

under the download content on biowares web site it shows that i have the blood armor availiable for ps3 but wont show up in my game

Well my blood armor showed up. But only 2 of the three Journeys items did. The amulet didn't show up at all. Which is wierd because you can't have gotten the Helm of the Deep without having gotten the Bard and as such get the Amulet.



That and the UPC number didn't work for The Edge. I wonder if that however takes a few days to register before Sears sends its sales info to EA/Bioware. However there is a Unrecongized Item in my promo tab but it only is there for the PC version not the 360 or PS3 version

enter in on the in game servers, when you put in the free code instead of - just use spaces to redeem. worked for my blood armour and Shale content.

 sadly, i could not get it registered here on site. said UPS code was invalid
