 Hmm, well, where to start?

---Bugs- 15 minutes into the game my head starts doing an exorcist spinning thing when talking to Liara.  Also when you talk to alot of ppl, the Instance with the dialogue they replace the main model with is not center to the main model's world space cause it to pop just so subtley when you initiate a conversation (For Instance, talk to Joker on the Normandy, his model will pop in slightly to the left of its current position, dialogue over, main model pops back in with him controlling the Normandy.  Companions getting stuck on things in the middle of combat and I head into battle without them and only fixes when the battle is over, that makes things pointless.   Conversations that cut to companions and they're not there.

---Fuel Depot Wreckages.... so many times I searched a wreckage with full fuel, thinking it maybe be a destroyed space station or something... for instance, 3 of them were in the same system, thinking there is no way 3 fuel depots could possibly be in the same system I search one.... fuel depot wreckage, okay- well- I found the wreckage, the next search must be a war asset or something, search, fuel deopt wreckage.... crap, well there is no way the third blip could be another fuel depot wreckage..... oh no, it can be... Fuel isn't expensive, just annoying to uncover a wreckage with full fuel and not having a choice to take it or not.

---Doors Closing behind you...... On the Normandy in particular, crew members sometimes jump around the ship, so after a mission I usually do a sweep to see if anyone has anything new to say.  But what makes this tedious is, when I open a door enter a room, the door closes right behind me and I have to open it again to exit a room, Ugh.  With load times takes 5-10 sec to open some doors, few seconds for them to close, and when you realize a room is empty, you turn around only to see it closing on you...... hey! I need to use that Sucker, dont you close on me!  It just irritates me, this includes places like the Hospital aswell..... cant doors stay open until I leave the room Im currently in? Annoying, little irritations....

---Journals not updating mission objectives..... many times I complete the first part of the mission and Im like... what do I do now? The Journal doesn't tell me..... look for so and so on the Citadel?....... Little do I know that certain particular person doesn't show up on the Citadel till so and so Mission is completed, even though I already collected so and so item they needed.  But I don't know that, so I wind up searching the Citadel twice not knowing better.  Funny how I think they did this purposely to make you have a reason to buy the strategy guide.  I wind up looking at the Mass Effect 3 wiki alot because of this.

---Morality in the game is concrete.... why is it renegade for some decisions that seem more helpful to your battle against the Reapers?  Some decisions, even minute ones like where to allocate resources will give you renegade points if you decide, the Reapers are more of a threat than misdemeanors on the Citadel.  I think saving trillions opposed to the hundreds that would die anyway if the Reapers win by saying they matter too and wasting resources on them is very biased on what Paragon and Renegade morality is.

---The Mass Effect Relay is TOO LOUD!!!!.....  first time I did it, busted out an ear drum.  The rest of the game is so soft spoken, that when that thing BOOMED, I hunted for my remote's volume button.... so annoying

---Test firing weapons should be allowed at every weapon bench and when you pick up a new weapon.......  Some weapon benches are in social areas and you cant test out your new addition to your arsenal.  I want to see my weapon in action before I blindly decide to switchout my load out, stats are one thing, but how it fires isn't always about the stats.  The sound it makes may annoy me, the clip size opposed to firing rate may make it pointless..... I have to test out the weapon, and there are very few points in the game where you can have this option.  And when you find a new weapon, that isn't possible at all, it's just blind faith the weapon you pick up is good if you decide to switch your loadout

---Scanning systems trick you.  Some systems have NOTHING to scan, but it doesn't tell you 100 percent, or 0 percent..... it just tells you "nothing"  you wind up feeling stupid when you realized you scanned the same system before thinking it was a new system that opened up after a mission is finished.

---All the bromance..... there was a creepy instance when I thought Garrus was hitting on my male Shepard.  And Cortez became very clingy, almost makes me want to say, "Don't you EVER worry about me, EVER! Worry about James instead."

---How Shepard sticks to all the walls like a fly to fly paper in combat,....... Im getting torn up and I try to back away only to stick to every side wall of this narrow corrider....... very annoying

--- Physics holes.
I actually ran up Joker's chair and was stuck standing on his head, there is a physics hole there I think.  Also when you're in Garrus' HQ, I somehow ran up the corner of one of those bunkbeds, got stuck there too.  I was running in mid air, wound up dislodging myself by throwing grenades, pushing me towards Garrus till I was close enough to initiate conversation and that freed me...... each one is a game breaking bug, if it wasn't for the conversation option with Garrus, I would have had to reset and reload.

I noticed the crazy Shep spaz out in Liara's room due to the droid. For some reason both Shepard and Liara watch the doid the whole time they are talking and if it moves around then the heads go a bit crazy.

There's a couple of bugs like that but nothing too major that';s caused me to get stuck. The cut scene teleporting thing gets annoying where Shepard ends up teleporting into a console after talking to somebody or teleporting back and forth during the cut scene,

And i agree about the journal it really should have updates so you know what you are supposed to be doing next.

-Bullets hit you through the cover.
-Too loud music/ambient to hear voice messages sometimes.
-Scanning system. It sucks

I can't think of little annoyances off the top of my head, although I know there were annoying moments throughout my play.

I can think of one BIG annoyance though... her name is Ashley.

Okay the journals not updating when completing a step was probably the most irritating part of the game for me. If it had updated then I would have saved tons of time running around the entire Citadel checking if I didn't miss any completed quests.

I think the worst thing is the scanning system, I actually enjoyed scanning planets in ME2, but the worst part about the new system is that annoying "Reaper Awareness" bar, it should slowly deplete when you're out in another system instead of forcing you to complete missions to then have to come back and gather resources, also with the depletion of the bar should be an indication on your screen before you enter the system how much awareness is left or w/e.

I think it's the best of the three games, especially the way the detonation doesn't linger.

Mass Effect had the relay movie spend way too much time in the lower frequencies (seriously, what were they smoking with that game), and Mass Effect 2 was tepid by comparison.

Mass Effect 3, more often than not, seems to know when to hit hard and when to drop off.

Huge fan.

I think the scanning is much better in ME3.

I didnt even know that some of those blips werent fuel farms. Ive only ever found fuel farms.

The scanning was much more streamlined, but atleast say a system with nothing in it is 100 percent so I don't think it's a new planet I haven't scanned yet....

I agree with this.

I like the scanning a bit better in ME3 than in ME1 or ME2. The finding of War Assets seemed like it mattered at the time, and finding a Volus dreadnought (!) for the war effort trumps finding some League of 9 dogtag in ME1. I also liked that there was an element of danger to it.

Like I said, it's better more streamlined, but if only wish that systems with nothing in them is labeled as empty and fuel depot wreckage have a choice of whether or not you can take fuel when you discover them

I agree with some of these points.

The heads can indeed get really freaky in ME3. I saw during my playthrough a dozen heads do a complete 180 when I was standing behind then and they tried to stretch their head toward me.

Also the area behind Joker on Normandy is a death trap. If you go too close to Joker's seat you can get stuck and only way to unstuck yourself is to reload. This happened to me a bunch of times.

And journals not updating is really annoying. The citadel is full of people who want you to retrieve them something and I never knew which items I have all ready retrieved because the quests in journal have only 1 entry and never update...

I guess I'm one of the only people that enjoy the space exploration and scanning. My only problem with it is that it isn't like it used to be where you would scan a planet and find a mission on it to go complete. I miss that.

Ugh. Most of those animation problems have been going on through out the series. They're terrible.

Unreal engine and the tecninical limitations of the leading platform. Weirdly, Mass Effect 2 seemed comparably better than rival games on release, but it's really difficult to go back to Mass Effect 2 and 3's animations after playing Uncharted 2 and several Rockstar games.

I know, but there are alot of animation problems, even characters entirely out of the scene, or invisible altogether, Mass Effect 2 didn't suffer from this all that much that I recall

Did anyone else completely not find the reapers being in system any hindrance? I was able to scan and collect every system first travel regardless of whether the reapers were chasing me or not

It's not the Unreal engine, it's that it's an old Unreal engine.  Look at Arkham City (or even Arkham Asylum!), that game had fantastic animations, and I don't ever remember seeing a bug.

As for little things that bother me?  Having to click menu buttons, such as entering systems.  It's already bound to the do-it-all button on Xbox, why can't they bind that to the do-it-all button on PC?

Yea, but using that as an example, the same bugs are still there.  They seem to be content with releasing a barely tested game into the market, even more so content to never fix the bugs at all.  Except for Swtor, but that's a game that requires monthly subscriptions, dont want to ****** those ppl off.  Unlike us, who already gave them our money.  And like a rapist escaping from the scene of a crime got away with screwing us over

Haven't had as bad with the glitches, just one head almost going past the 90 degree mark, and the Falcon having discharge problems.

Vanguard glitch in multiplayer.

Besides that, what irritates me is the small things. Import nullifications on flags, the Avenger and Predator being the movie guns, the lack of War Asset involvement on the Earth battle.

Oh, and the lack of pie.
