I get stuck sometimes when i go to talk to edi

I actually ran up Joker's chair and was stuck standing on his head, there is a physics hole there I think.  Also when you're in Garrus' HQ, I somehow ran up the corner of one of those bunkbeds, got stuck there too.  I was running in mid air, wound up dislodging myself by throwing grenades, pushing me towards Garrus till I was close enough to initiate conversation and that freed me...... each one is a game breaking bug, if it wasn't for the conversation option with Garrus, I would have had to reset and reload.

Seconded.

But the insanely annoying (Reaper) sound - which is very loud - during the "defend the missile batteries" fight on Earth is much worse. It's one of the coolest battles in ME3 but it feels like someone is chopping trees with a chainsaw right next to you. Horrible.

On the Cerberus Citadel mission, in that bit where you have to jump over a gap just before a skycar is parked and Phantoms come at you, I managed to not make the jump and then plummet into a grey void I think was 'limbo' or something.

Yea that dream was really annoying (come on he's a dead kid and this is ME3 not the sixth sense), mainly because it was in slowmo (I hate slowmo it takes far too much time (it is ok in films thou), Another thing that annoyed me was the slow loading time every time you either dock or travel on the Citadel, I know I'm docking and it's a lift not Rapid transport! Then there the war room ok there a war on but come on I need to wait every time I go past that check point what do they think I'm going to do Blow-up the Normandy? Smuggle Weapons? or a Reaper (that would be funny due mainly to there size!) Finally I really don't like the point that you can't even increase the galactic readiness rating above 50%, come on I go and put the effort in to collect all the war assets and the get penalised because I don't what to play Multi-player I wouldn't have minded if it increased the EMS by 50% (I mean you have say 1000 War Assets you only get 500, I Would have like it to be 1500) or if there was a point in the game were you could raise it to 75% without paling Multi-player (that way you'll get an extra 250 per 1000). There is one more thing but I'll leave that out.

You run past a crate or through an opening desperately trying to save your character and you get sucked into cover facing the enemy. Oh, no, wait, THAT IS FREAKING HUGE!!!!

What annoyed me about the dream was everyone was wearing normal clothes in a very FEAR spooky forest setting and you were running around looking like Mega Man with your space armor

Getting glued to cover is highly annoying to me. That and the drunken tumbling everyone does now. Dodging out of the way of powers like they are olympic class acrobats.

Irritating things in my personal order:
-unskipable sequences and dialogs (from HELL!!!!!!!!!)
-unskipable nightmares
-cover/dodge system with built-in random generator
-camera not locked, when you run on XBox
-femshep's animations walking and combat(helloooh, this is not Fallout 3!!! maybe you can buy decent animations for 2012  from the guy of Fallout Reanimated or Volition(SR The Third))
-femsheps walking sounds(helllooo!! Shepard isn't an Elcor!)
-too easy combat
-enemy without barrieres
-no more lokis, drones and varren(more dangerous than grenades, and this is SF, not COD)
-enemys spawning behind you without any noise
-no permanent minimap and enemys spawning behind you without any noise
-unisex armors(even the orc armor in Skyrim is more female)
-near invisible makeups
-my femshep is more pretty in ME 1
-femshep's armor and animations are  looking better in mE2

Irritating things to add/+1 to stuff already in the list -

- Guess-what-the-developer-wants-you-to-do sections, like the Tuchanka Reaper. Trial-and-erroring my way around ruins for 6 times, what fun.
- The Grissom Academy atrium bug. Finding out my squadmates have been locked on the other side of the entrance door after fighting through everything just isn't fun,
- Insane head twists. Watching conversations while Shep does his best impression of the head spinning scene from The Exorcist, funny the first time, despairing the next 20 times it happens.
- Spectre firing range being on the other side of the citadel from the shops and nowhere near the upgrade console on the normandy.
- Lack of log updates
- General weight of shotguns. The basic one weighs over twice as much as an assault rifle, for crying out loud
- Stasis not being in the Adept's power set. I could forgive this in ME2 where it was added in later as a bonus power, but not here.
- The game's insistence of dropping you into combat scenarios with no chance to prepare ammo powers etc. Please guys, this did my head in all through ME2, why was it kept?

Things that I thought would be irritating but really weren't -

- Mordin's change of voice actor. They really did choose wisely on that one - there is a subtle difference but the VA nailed his script, on the whole.
- Vega.
- Galactic Readiness. Provided you have an iPhone.

Yes, weight of the guns irritated me too. I never used shotgun because of that, I always used a pistol and an assault rifle, there was almost no reason to use a shotgun, especially with the drastic weight increase

Agree! This is an issue that plagues all three games in the series. I've given up on adjusting the volume and just mash the mute button my keyboard every time that damn sequence starts.

One thing that irritated me personally, lack of genders of other species. I was interested to see the different genders of Turians, Salarians, Krogans. If only for curiosity sake, they just seemed to cop out of this by throwing a robe on their females.

To be honest, this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me on the weight system. I'd already had enough of the crazy weight variances and how, bizarrely, carrying less weapons actually made your cooldown *quicker* than its base value (I didn't mind the fact it slowed down when carrying lots of guns, but why would it speed up beyond its base value?) and the damage it inflicted on the balance of the classes as a result.

When I realised that the lightest shotguns were actually adding +100% to my cooldown by themselves, I gave up, cracked open the coalesced editor and modded out the weight mechanic altogether - now I get 0% increase and decrease to wielding more guns, meaning that my cooldown now relies on cooldown-reduction armour, upgrades, and skill ranks, as it should, and not on running into combat with a pistol.

The weight mechanic was a nice idea, but just woefully implemented. I'm enjoying the game more without it.

Things that annoy me...

1. Traynor. Dear god she's a wet blanket. Normally I'd be all cheery to have a brit in a North American produced game, but god I hate her character. I'd space her and that reporter given the opportunity.

2. The fact that I can't seem to order my squadmates to independently engage different enemies. Only option is to both attack same mook or use a power against an enemy. Really I wanted the opportunity to command as in Rainbow Six Vegas and designate targets properly.

3. Weight system as per everyone else. I'd wanted balance between caster and combat roles for say biotic or tech classes, but instead it's one or other.

4. Idiotic barrel extension model designs. Seriously, a barrel for an assault rifle that looks like it belongs on a Barret .50 cal rifle, and a pistol barrel mod V that looks like the barrel of a 1890s revolver. Ridiculous.

5. Not enough N7 and side missions and too much 'fetch boy! Fetch!' assignments.

6. Multiplayer. Yes I know most of you love it, but to me it ruins ME. ME games were meant to be a mix of TPS and RPG, MP just pollutes this. Factor in that the EMS system requires you to play multiplayer (or use the iOS apps) and that more DLC will now be cheap crap for MP and not fixes or additional content for SP and there we have it. Thanks EA.

How about lights shining through the characters? (Like the lights from the computers in Liara's room for example)

The overly loud horn that goes off when you scan star systems and the Reapers are now alerted to you.

Animation problems. The running animations were so bad.

I thought squadmate AI was worse in this game.

The opening.

The journal. Oh dear lord, the journal was terrible.

My biggest irritating thing is all the auto-dialogue.

<sheepish>
Uh... she was one of the things I really liked. Reminded me of Tali back when she first came aboard the Normandy...

I'd probably go so far as to say this disappointed me more than the endings. Its a really cool idea that was ruined by the extreme penalties and benefits of it. I'm just really glad they made it so easy to mod out.

I'd probably say these were more of a mixed bag. Personally I really liked the Barret AR barrel plus the sniper barrel mod V, but yeah, fully agree that the pistol barrel mod V looked absurd. I think the basic issue is that some of the barrel extensions didn't seem to fit the look of the tech in the game.

6. Multiplayer. Yes I know most of you love it, but to me it ruins ME. ME games were meant to be a mix of TPS and RPG, MP just pollutes this. I wouldn't say it 'ruins' ME.... more that it diverts the focus away from the main game. We've already had an MP DLC that does absolutely nothing for ME3 SP, I'm just worried what kind of precedence this sets. I'd have no issue with MP DLC if we got the weapons delivered to our lockers in SP and new N7 missions popped up allowing us to play the levels.

I had a hard time with that AA gun on Earth, it was TOO BRIGHT! Couldn't see anything when it was on, made it hard to kill things. I also agree with the Mass Relay sound, it's TOO LOUD! I have to mute my TV every time I change systems.

PC-specific irritations:
The FMV sequences appear to be lower rez and simpler textures than in-game footage.
Installed on a SSD, so loading is so fast I never get to read any of the 'hints' - if there is any vital info there, I missed it. If it is all fluff, there are some parts of the game that took me too long to figure out...

Most annoying is the zone-of-game-over behind Joker. Engage Joker in conversation on the Normandy, and there is a >50% chance you will need to reload to get moving again. Eventually found a safe spot behind EDI that I could talk to Joker from.

My only other criticism (other than the ubiquitous ending rant) is that this game seemed to extend too many many cut scenes, or at least there was very little dialog to control in the conversations. Not enough control to engage the role-player, too long a distraction between action for the gamer.

Other than that, despite a determined effort to not like the game, I had a remarkably good time playing. ME1 remains best of the 3 though ;~)

Eh... seems they put more effort in the bromance authenticity than the romance between Liara and Shepard..... unless "Thanks for stopping by" is what you normally say to someone you love

Hey that's not all she says!

She also says  Ready for the next mission?

I found that while on Mars when I'm waiting for the cerberus troops Shep got stuck and couldn't move after the cutscene. This happened in both of my playthroughs and the only way I could get lose was to use nova to jump forward small steps at a time for a few minutes -.-'

Agree with:
Quests not updating when you complete them...did Bioware forget to add that? Its extremely lame.

Relays are way too loud, I turn my speakers off every time.

Cover system: horrible since ME2, worse now that E does everything.

'holes' : pathing issues present since ME1, horrible stuff getting stuck in some places. At least it wasnt as bad as ME2 where you could get stuck and have to reload to continue playing.

cant holster weapon! lame

Stuff that was lacking/bad:

Traynor:  quite bland, Kelly was much better

Almost everyone you knew wanted to kill themselves for something. Bioware placed too much focus on this idea of sacrifcing yourself, too much of it and it becomes less meaningful. Lame.

Most missions felt like Firewalker dlc missions in ME2, they didnt have a lot of depth. Game was overall a lot shorter for me by about 14 hours compared to the previous 2.

No vehicles even though you see Hammerheads at the end :/

Idea of destroying synthetics - umm how do you destroy space ships(eg. Normandy)? Cant they be repaired? How can every electronic thing actually be destroyed?

the kid: I found him extremely annoying from the start.

All the stuff you HAVE to watch and cant skip

shooting range...pointless if you cant use cover(too much sway standing)...what a waste.

Jessica chobot in the game...nuff said, I tell her to get lost but the fact that shes in the game is sad

Well actually three things, in order they pissed me off:

1) Unskippable nightmares with "the boy". You do nothing, cant skip it, just have to run to the boy like stupid, and watch him get himself killed. Damn, gimme a gun, I'll shoot that little bastard myself. At least the catalyst in the ending will have one more hole in its head  . The "dreams" eat away my gaming time (which i dont have many of). They are not scary or emotional or what they should be, they are just an annoyance. BW would do me a great favor to make them skippable in some patch.... Or better give us option replace it with some dream sequence with Shep's LI, it'll make game a way funnier. =)

2)Unskippable cinematics. Damn, I already saw the boy get himself killed (stupid of him), or Hakket briefing me before me the N7 mission, why can't I hit space and just start shooting (or talking, whatever).

3) Journal. Its completely useless in form it is now. No progress updates, no track "did I found that artifact or not". Annoying. The ME2 had a jornal close to perfect, now it got thrown into the toilet. Why?

A lot of the things listed aren't THAT bad (yeah could've done with more polish), or people that are pointing them out didn't get the point of it, like the fuel that you find is always the same, not a planet, just a random little bit, and it's ONLY ever fuel, if you see it and don't need fuel.. don't pick it up??

What got me was mostly combat things being, two to do with squadmates. Firstly sending squadmates to designated spots, they are very slow at doing so, in ME2 they moved quick smart. Secondly their power usage, why does liara keep sticking singularity over and over on top of the same target every 4-5 seconds? if there is a pull or singularity on it, warp to detonate?

The only other one I have a problem so far is with the journal, it's not very good at assisting you, or updating when it's complete/part complete etc.
