A lot of the things listed aren't THAT bad (yeah could've done with more polish), or people that are pointing them out didn't get the point of it, like the fuel that you find is always the same, not a planet, just a random little bit, and it's ONLY ever fuel, if you see it and don't need fuel.. don't pick it up??
What got me was mostly combat things being, two to do with squadmates. Firstly sending squadmates to designated spots, they are very slow at doing so, in ME2 they moved quick smart. Secondly their power usage, why does liara keep sticking singularity over and over on top of the same target every 4-5 seconds? if there is a pull or singularity on it, warp to detonate?
The only other one I have a problem so far is with the journal, it's not very good at assisting you, or updating when it's complete/part complete etc.
Well "annoyance ratings" as this one are clearly depending on personal issues, for me for example both mobility of teammates and their power use falls into "of little importance" category, since I rarely order them to move around, and often direct their offensive power use personally (and I dont expect wonders like combos from squadmate AI anyway, since quite often real people are not capable of doing so)

But then there's the journal...No help at all. More like a dump-site for the manymanymany fetch quests that get racked up just by walking through the citadel.

How did you throw grenades by garrus in the Normandy I think someone is telling a few porky pies but I agree with other things and how loud is it when the resorts.turn up whilst your scanning lol
Who said on the Normandy?
But yea, I think I was referring to a bug in Mass Effect 2 when on Omega in that regard as an example to the bug with Joker's chair in how I ran up the physics and got stuck, no one reads the whole thing before blurting out retorts anymore

I agree with some of these points.
The heads can indeed get really freaky in ME3. I saw during my playthrough a dozen heads do a complete 180 when I was standing behind then and they tried to stretch their head toward me.
Also the area behind Joker on Normandy is a death trap. If you go too close to Joker's seat you can get stuck and only way to unstuck yourself is to reload. This happened to me a bunch of times.
And journals not updating is really annoying. The citadel is full of people who want you to retrieve them something and I never knew which items I have all ready retrieved because the quests in journal have only 1 entry and never update...
This,
And when you are not facing the right way sometimes you can't even hear what your squadmate is saying. So you are franticly moving to the other side of them or in front of them.

Hmm, well, where to start?
---Bugs- 15 minutes into the game my head starts doing an exorcist spinning thing when talking to Liara. Also when you talk to alot of ppl, the Instance with the dialogue they replace the main model with is not center to the main model's world space cause it to pop just so subtley when you initiate a conversation (For Instance, talk to Joker on the Normandy, his model will pop in slightly to the left of its current position, dialogue over, main model pops back in with him controlling the Normandy. Companions getting stuck on things in the middle of combat and I head into battle without them and only fixes when the battle is over, that makes things pointless. Conversations that cut to companions and they're not there.
Pretty much this. In ME2 it was Shepard's eyes being buggy and not following through on what I believe were intended animations during dialogue...instead Shepard's eyelids would usually open wide at the end of every sentence. Now for ME3 it's people's heads and bodies popping/snapping into pose during the shot. So, we get to have repeated breaks from immersion. Fail.
---Journals not updating mission objectives..... many times I complete the first part of the mission and Im like... what do I do now? The Journal doesn't tell me..... look for so and so on the Citadel?....... Little do I know that certain particular person doesn't show up on the Citadel till so and so Mission is completed, even though I already collected so and so item they needed. But I don't know that, so I wind up searching the Citadel twice not knowing better. Funny how I think they did this purposely to make you have a reason to buy the strategy guide. I wind up looking at the Mass Effect 3 wiki alot because of this.
And this here. But fortunately, it only has to do with the crap-ass scanning.
---All the bromance..... there was a creepy instance when I thought Garrus was hitting on my male Shepard. And Cortez became very clingy, almost makes me want to say, "Don't you EVER worry about me, EVER! Worry about James instead."
Actually, there's always more room for that. Would need much more just to balance out all the female catsuits. But moving on.
Another problem happens to be if Shepard wields a heavy pistol or SMG during cutscene...we end up looking ridiculous because of the default rifle animations for these sidearms. These cutscenes do not get credit as "unique cinematic animations" regarding our weapons/preferences...all BioWare did here was make Shepard look like a clown. Even worse when combined with a male Shepard inexplicably in juicehead form thanks to the bulky male armor of ME3.
Squadmate animation in the field- the best ones were from ME1, when their weapons were ready and their bodies looked graceful and tense at the same time in preparation for combat. Just like Shepard is throughout the series. Yet here...I can tell what ME3 was going for but it failed. Our squadmates now look ridiculously oversized, cartoonish, and stand out from the environment, especially when they're moving. During combat they're fine, but when I catch a glimpse of them as we're walking out of combat...ugh. It's even worse on the males for above-stated reasons.
Semi-nude scenes. No experience with the female characters for this, but among males...the neck is a problem. The lighting is a problem. Polygons are evident when Kaidan's lying on the hospital bed, and when Shepard cranes his neck to talk to Kaidan after waking up in bed. And that reminds me of the burned/shriveled-looking bare hands throughout the game.
Female Shepard. Eyeballs clip through the eyelids. In some outfits her arms are horifically skinny. There are many other issues but for now I'm keeping this one simple.

Udina.
This. Someone could've put in a single, throw-away line of dialog explaining why he was the human ambassador. Even something as simple as someone saying "Udina won the last election while you were blowing up Batarian planets" would've sufficed. Instead I spent a bit of time online trying to find out why he was back on the council.

I think they believed players could of figured that out themselves. Udina was Anderson's aide, and when Anderson wasn't their, Udina was in charge

I concur, makes no sense either, I'd assume if you're on the Normandy at all, you'd check out during decontamination like in ME 1.

Unable to holster weapons anymore. Granted, there's not a whole lot of dull moments during missions but it's still annoying having to run around with weapon in hand at all times.
I noticed that too, but I just assumed I needed to hold down a combination of buttons, but was just too lazy to look it up or figure it out...... I liked the fact I had the choice to holster my weapon, if anything feeling a bit more in control

Annoyances:
Certain points in game where the quality of graphics goes WAHAHAHAY down...
Invisible Rannoch rocks
Invisible characters
Replacement weapons in cut scenes
Too much cover based combat...I mean really, does it have to be so predictable
Exorcist neck problems, especially in Liara's room
Lack of convo options/Cold shoulder
Too linear
Lack of real side quests/exploration
Too short

- The invisible characters in some cut-scenes.
- The freakin' doors take ages to open.
- The "decontamination/security" room aboard the Normandy between the debriefing room and star map is pointless and also sometimes takes ages to go through.
- That ONE soldier aboard the Normandy on the Crew Deck that randomly walks around and gets in my way. He also has a red outline around him implying he can be interacted with, but nothing happens.
- James Vega. Enough said. You don't talk to your commanding officer like that.
- Not having that bottle of brandy with Chakwas after you defeat the Reapers.

When talking with Liara or Samantha, heads tend to point in odd directions. Samantha in particular seems to enjoy doing an Exorcist impression, while Shepard finds something in Liara's cabin endlessly fascinating. It happens other places as well, but those two stick out the most. Also occasional invisible character models.
I miss the Pull/Throw combo from ME1/2. Instead of flinging an enemy out of the map, it just explodes like every other biotic combo. Sometimes I think that all biotic combos should involve Warp somewhere, if only to tone down the sameness.
Limited enemy factions. Except for the Rannoch arc, your missions are all vs. Cerberus or Reaper forces. Granted, the Reaper invasion means it would make little sense to fight anyone else, and neither group is boring to fight, but variety is the spice of life.
Plot armor for Dr. Eva and Kai Leng. The former is outright invulnerable until the rooftop scene where you shoot her in slow motion, while the latter is immune to any and all crowd control abilities such as Stasis despite no indication to the contrary. I can understand their reasons for both, but it strikes me as the easy way out.
That one room between the War Room and the rest of the normandy with Privates Whats-Her-Face and Who-The-Hell-Is-She. No doubt a disguised loading screen but tedious to pass through.
(To previous poster: If you interact with that one soldier, he'll stand at attention and salute you.)

Auto dialog, yes I hated the auto dialog since in fact it had many things my Shepard would never say about the Illusive man. "Like saying she never saw it coming."
Also the fact, this Shepard had Azuke background made that line even worse than they were trying too. Since it made you say that your teammates mean nothing to you at all and they died for nothing. Also the fact, my Shepard did the missions in ME1 with Cerberus involved and still said that line is bothering me a whole lot. Shepard is either not to bright to figure out things like that or did not have enough common sense to say this isn't right and I'm not doing this without the player controlling him or her. It felt like my Shepard really was a renegade in disguise of a paragon

I personally hated how the moral system was so black and white with situations where it shouldn't have been. For instance, the way Wrex was talking about how after the genophage is cured and the war was won, the Council would owe them a planet, or two.... making me think, maybe the Salarians were right... and letting them breed at the excessive rate they're known for and with how they are as a warlike race, was the renegade option. I mean granted you're curing the eventual extinction of a race, but if that is a race of Hitlers, maybe they should go extinct. The point was, getting their allegiance. The whole Paragon/ Renegade thing was so biased. Like how it was in Fable 3

I wish there was a checkpoint in the war room that made sense.... I'd assume ppl are checked before ever even entering the Normandy right? kinda redundant for no reason
