A few days ago, I during a host migration, I suddenly noticed the scope mod on my gun was gone. Further investigation shows that multiple items and characters are missing.
It's funny, because it shows that I have a level 13 sentinel, but my turian is locked. HELP!

Yeah, also lost Spectre packs purchased with Microsoft points. *grouchy*

This is a well known problem that is affecting many people, and it seemingly happens across all platforms. Bioware has been mysteriously tight-lipped about this bug other than things like "It's known and we are working on it", though some thought of timeline or even idea of how the fix will return/repay us for our missing items and characters would be nice.
