I have 8 different characters in ME2. I wanted to create a wide variety of variables for ME3.

However, one or two are stuck at the collector base. Reason? They're Krogan fans. I want to kill Mordin for what he did, but cure the Genophage.


However, is that even possible? I heard Padok Wikis is Mordin's replacement, but is he capable of curing the Genophage as well? And how does leaving Mealon alive factor in?

I guess I could find out for myself by loading the other 6 characters and skirting around the issue, but if anyone is in a spoiler mood, you'd be doing me a favor by telling. I've already done a ME3 runthrough on another character with Wrex dead, Eve dead and Mordin faking his death, so I can handle it.


Can the genophage be cured without Mordin? Does Mealon or his research factor in creating a cure?
