Okay I had this thought on Stargeezer today, we all hear the grandpa say he will tell the child one more story. As it stands right now this 'story' is going to take place in the middle of ME3. So my question is if the story is worth telling why not tell it with the rest of the story in the beginning?

-We are led to believe everything we just played in ME3 was told to the kid by the grandpa.
-He pretty much told everything, even scannin planets for artifacts, naughty scenes with Liara (perverted old man lol), etc.
-Obviously whatever story he is going to add has to be more important than scanning planets for artifacts.

He wouldn't leave out any important or unimportant part of the story. Any thoughts or does this question just make sense to me?

Looking for answers other than looking to sell DLC.
