  I've been playing me3 for sometime now on insanity, thing is It wasnt on insanity for like the first 20 minutes of gameplay and only now have I realized that I can only get the trophies for beating it on insanity if only I dont ever change it, so I was just wondering am I eligible to get the insanity trophies? dont want to beat the whole game and later find out I cant get the rewards since it wasnt 100% insanity through out the game lol

Did you change to insanity before leaving Earth? If so, you're good to go. If not, too bad.
