Well, in theory if EA permanently shuts down the servers they'll patch it to not require constant authorization. In the mean time, I agree it's annoying, but it's the way it is. All we can do right now is tell them WE HATE IT and hope they eventually listen and make it so once we're authorized it stays authorized.
Maybe, but does it have to be checked TWICE every time you go to the main menu?

Yeah... those 4 seconds the verifications are on the screen is SO annoying... <_<
I dont care if they wanna verify it 10x... make it so ppl can play single player without the verification at all. When my internet went out for a few hours yesterday I couldn't even play the offline games because it tells you it cant verify the content. Since single player does NOTHING online it shouldnt require verification every single time the game is started.

I have the Collectors Edition which comes with the DLC included.
I have used my CE Game Code and registered EVERYTHING.
I am LOGGED IN to ORIGIN with the account in question with the CE and DLC all registered.
So why the **** do you disable my DLC when I try and play my SINGLE PLAYER game because the MULTIPLAYER SERVERS ARE DOWN?
HOLY ****ING DESIGN FLAW BATMAN!
Why is there 6000 DRM checks? Why am I paying for a game I CANT PLAY!

I've posted in multiple topics about this. Please just admit this is a bug and that it's being patched.
If this isn't a bug, and this is how things were always meant to be, then officially tell us single player cannot be played offline if you have DLC.
If there is no issue, and it's all a problem on our end, give us a workaround that doesn't involve 1) us being online or 2) not playing the day one DLC we paid for.
It's been over a week, and needless to say I'm finding this to be ridiculous. Fight piracy all you want, just don't cripple my legit copy of the game.

P.S. Mind you, I'm not saying this is a good solution, but it's A solution nevertheless. Worked for me, will probably work for you. Just... keep an eye on those war assets, y'know?
