That's kind of their job. Chances are they can't say much more than that. Any time your job is "customer support" or fielding complaints you basically just need to run interferance, and if you're luck on high deigns to create a real response eventually and you get to pass it on.

Hey to anybody who got answered how long did it take them respond? Are they just hand picking tweets?

This don't look good:

@masseffect 99% of the game was flawless. The ending stripped us of all choice and consequence and lacked a proper resolution.

@illusivedude If you had to guess, what is the crew of the Normandy doing now?

Sounds like they wanted the vague ending.

Replied to me in about 20 secconds. I don't think it's automated or they sure wouldn't have asked about the ending to begin with.

Um since they are taking feedback for the endings I think this proves that the Indoc. theory is incorrect. Since they wouldnt be asking if they already had a plan from the start.

If you want a better ending, you're not going to get it by making those that will be putting it together angry about having to do it. You want everyone to be in a nice calm creative state of mind. That sounds more like a threat than a boycot.

I'm quite certain they don't look at us as a joke. Anyone that's looking for ME3 online can't do so without reading half a dozen negative comments about the ending. That's huge, whether it looks like it from our perspective or not.
