I apologize if this is the wrong forum, I am still new to this website. I got the N7 collectors edition for 360 a few days ago, I logged in with this Origin account and redeemed the online pass, It lets me have the Collectors edition perks in the game, but the Bioware Website doesnt acknowledge I redeemed a collectors edition pass, I registered the game and it shows me my galaxy at war progress and my DLC but it wont let me download the soundtrack, it says I didnt redeem a collectors edition code. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it.

I contacted ea support and got it unlocked nevermind.

I have the exact same problem. Is is something that I can fix or do I have to email them?
