Well, they do have a "cloud" option in Origin. Open up Origin and find Mass Effect 3. Then look at the bottom of the "box art" and you will see a small cloud symbol. Press that and agree to the terms (no charge for the cloud service) then start the game and it will then upload your saves before it lets you play. Then quit the game and you are good to go. After this, every time you start Mass Effect 3 it will then take a few seconds to update your saves. Then, after you reinstall the game and it finds those saves missing, it should ask you if you want to download them.
I ALSO would recommend just in case backing up the save files yourself to a disc or something or like email them to yourself in a zip file.
You can find the files at
C:\\Users\\YourWindowsProfileName\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\Save
just zip up and email yourself the folders there, for example I have one called John_33_Soldier_060312_040d97c

How did you manage to corrupt all your save games....
Your ME1 and 2 saves should be safe since they are not saved in the same folder as ME3 saves.

Hmm that sucks... you might email tech support see if they have any insight on what that means and if you can fix it or if you are just screwed and have to start all over...
