I have noticed frequently I end up floating in the air, sometimes outside of the map.

Once in this position there is no way to return to normal gameplay until the entire mission is over.

I thought it might have been related to lagging Internet connection, but I upgraded to 100MB/s FIOS service and this is still happening. It has happened for both Vanguard (even when simply walking and not using Biotic Charge) and Adept classes, roughly once out of every three or four missions.

This happened to me for the first time today. There's no way to recover. The weird thing is that you seem to still be able to get revived and take damage.

This has happened to me a few times. The most spectacular one was when I fell through the map (watching it disappear into the sky above me was very impressive) then kept falling. I fell so far I then popped out the top of the map and fell back into it until I ended up about roof height hanging and unable to move or do anything. I was still taking damage and being revived by the rest of the squad.

Interestingly enough this has happened to me a few times and every time it has been near the extraction point.

This is yet another reason why we need text chat for those of us without VOIP, and yet another MP bug that needs fixing.

This is my 3rd reply for this problem... Bioware I just want play with my Vanguard again! Pls?!

It's a vanguard problem. It happens if you charge at the same time as you die when you aren't the server player.

@theothersteve7 it's not just a vanguard problem. I have had it happen to me as a soldier, inflitrator, sentinel and vanguard. It's a problem with the maps and the code. It's actually got worse since the patch. before you used to just fall through the map, now you levitate up above the map!

This has happened to me for the first time yesterday, when I decided to try the vanguard. Almost every game I play with the vanguard I end up "half" floating in the air, losing barriers and health at a slow pace, even when no enemies are around! (in between phases)

The bad thing about this is that the damn glitch persist the whole game. It doesn't matter if you die and are resurrected.

Until there is no fix to this I'm afraid I cannot play vanguard

Just happened to me... for the 10th time I think. Today I was playing as batarian soldier, got killed and instantly resurrected, then started floating.

Same problem, i can´t play free, and it happends just in the middle when the action starts.
WE NEED THIS FIXED!!
