You might try using the Origin/EA support live text chat feature from within the Origin client.

I think it's still a lot of fun without any items, although I must admit I've trying unsuccessfully to win the unlock for the Asari vanguard.
At any rate, wow, I have no idea how much Bioware points cost in dollars, but those 26 spectre packs must have been expensive - did your purchased items ever get reinstated?

Did you try the live chat thing with EA/Origin tech support?

Launch the origin client (righclick on the origin icon in your taskbar and click "open origin:), and there is a dropdown settings menu with a gear icon - select "Origin Help" and then at the top of the new window there is an option for Live Chat or "Call Me" to talk with an EA Advisor.
