OP, I recall a tale of a similar parenting problem:

My seven year old cousin asked why his Uncle Andrew went everywhere with his friend Robert. His mother explained that Uncle Andrew and Robert loved each other, just like Mummy and Daddy. His response was 'Oh. Can I have a biscuit?'.

It was a terribly traumatic experience for us all. He will never recover.

My 6 year old nephew told me that sometimes 2 men or 2 women love each other. Still I wouldn't let him play Mass Effect 3 for the violence or sexual content. He's too busy playing the new spyro game.

Huge parenting fail if you are letting your 6 year old child play mass effect 3. I do not understand parents who let their kids play M rated games. That is beyond fail parenting.

Just tell him its inaccurate portrayal of real life since homosexuality is nature not nurture (or that's how the convention goes, don't believe scientific proof of it or anything, bigger things to research atm), it wouldn't be common with humans, at all, if anything it would be near non-existent/uncommon based on human population of time.

If that's to hard for him to understand, just say its inaccurate portrayal of reality and morph into a dragon and fly away.

A kid watching gay stuff is not the issue here (it shouldn't, at least). The real issue here is Mass Effect is absolutely not a franchise for kids. You know what PEGI/ESRB/whatever means?
