Mordin: Metal in truck excellent iron supplement for Thresher Maw's diet.

I was in absolute tears at that line, just absolute tears. Total unexpected, totally in character and said totally dead-pan. Caught me completely off guard and one of my favourite moments in the game.

Special mention for drunk Tali, "Emergency Induction Straw...... port.......you know."

I agree, all the best ones have been listed. Jacob's comment on naming his kid after Shepard got a chuckle out of me, though... only because they were going to use Shepard's last name.


[EDIT] To those who say they "can't go Renegade:" it's hard having to lie, betray, and kill most of the friends you make on paragon, but it's a much more emotional and enjoyable ride in the end. You actually get a feel for the desperation and sacrifice going into this war. It's worth trying at least once. I personally have 6 Shepards of different alignments who act according to their alignment, and it's really hard making some choices... but it makes the game much richer going down the dark paths.
