Speaking of Mordin, I think his banter with Wrex was probably the most memorable line for me where someone didn't die.

that entire conversation with drunk tali was pretty awesome... but the game has some very nice one liners throughout

Also Joker's "Let me know if you want me to get the council on the line and then disconnect, for old times' sake." (not sure if that's the exact quote, but it was pretty awesome)

JK LOLz. That was the most special TO SHEPARD, but the best lines:

Tali: Legion...The answer to your question was "Yes".

Legion: I know, Tali. But thank you. Keelah se'lai.

Somethin' got in my eye just about then. >_>'

The small thing about that final line is how Legion finally refers to himself as "I" instead of "We". Those subtle changes make the game beautiful.
