Oh, I totally forgot about that one! I actually reloaded the game just to hear it again.

I think Tuchanka was the high point of the game for me. So many great lines and the story pulled together a lot of choices from the past games.

That scene is even funnier if you previously romanced Liara in ME1 and take her with you on that mission (though it probably wasn't very funny from her pov, I suppose  ).
