On most of the classes the default mapping is fine but for the classes with terrible mapping it is extremely annoying. There is no possible downside to this feature being added, I support it.

Really need remapping for vanguard. Used charge on L2 and nova on R2 in SP, so convenient. Not sure what was the idea behind mapping charge to triangle.

Its not an issue that bothers me in a way, but I am in support of this request since it encourages me further customize my characters creating more replay value.

Frantically trying to sight a target for a Biotic Charge while having to take my thumb off the aim stick is really irritating. Having power remapping is a no-brainer and the fact that it wasn't included in the game is pretty foolish.

Oh god yes. I want Overload and Energy Drain mapped to the same key, damnit. My muscle memory sees a shield and hits the right button for the wrong class.

Power remapping should be something that's easy to implement.

Do you guys even think that possibly BioW played this game a bit before they released it? Don't you think someone talked about mapping the buttons, maybe, just maybe there is a reason to all these skills being locked into position.
If we could all set stuff up the way we wanted most players would put the Y key as the most unused skill, leaving RB / LB open for the spamming of 2 skills, or just the nature of how your hand rests. Using RB/LB opens you to utilize the right stick, not hindering your movement in any way.
Did you ever think that the key positions of the Y skills generally correlate between the skills that require no aiming (Infiltrator) or aren't necessarily spammed (Stasis (long cooldown)). With the exception of the vanguard's placement of charge I do believe this system is setup correctly, and in the vanguards defense I believe it has something to do with actually having to move your hand to charge is a fair trade as the skill is OP enough to begin with.
Think of it this way, the longer you hold your hands in the same position RB/LB you will get bored faster as your hands are doing less, but being forced to press buttons and button configurations that you are not used to well... thats just mean.
I feel for the side of the disabled people and having to deal with this, but as far as I have seen there are plenty of controllers / keyboards that are customizable for you. Anyways gl to this petition and I hope it gets the light it deserves at it is put together well.

Well, they didn't show the ending to a 12 year old, so I'm not sure we can say how much they played it. Using skill placement as balance is....sad.
Remapping would be great.

It's really quite amazing that Bioware didn't implement remapping for multiplayer. I've always found the ME series' control scheme to be somewhat awkward, but two things made it tolerable: remapping and pausing. Obviously I can't expect the latter in a multiplayer game, but for the love of mike at least give us the former.
