How do I get Wynne to use that spell on my tank?

Could really use that one to kill an old bat. Or is it old dragon? English confuses me (spoiler-free enough I hope;)). I don't really bother usually but here it'd be pretty good.
Only problem is even if I position Wynne RIGHT NEXT to my tank and clearly "aim" at him, she puts the force-field on herself, leaving me without a healer for the duration of the spell.

Damn I wish I could bring Morrigan to that fight with all her ice magic....

try clicking force field in quickslots and then click your tank's portrait to give him/her the force field.. unless it's technical issue I can't see why you can't do it.. =/

edit : I forgot it's on XBOX, so I totally don't know about the control, sorry

if this doesn't work at all it kind of messes the spell up completely - i mean if you even get into a situation where a spellcaster would WANT to use force-field on him/herself then clearly you've done something wrong before....
