Can anyone explain how the DLC for the Ultimate Edition DVD works? Originally, after installing both DVDs the DLC tab containing installed DLC was enabled but unauthorized. The promo coupon in the box did not work so I contacted help.ea.com and was told to download the Origin which did not work for the DVD version. Then I was told to edit the XML file which removed the unauthorized markings on the installed DLC tab. The second DVD is for Awakenings and nothing has downloaded in-game.
Help.ea.com is no help! How do I download Stone Prisoner, Witch Hunt, etc?

The DVDs come with all the DLCs entitled, no extra downloading. Authorizan issues are commonplace and well covered by the stickies. Many people got good results simply by patching to 1.05. Please pay close attention to the FAQs/stickies before posting.
