i understand that the various passive bonus damage effects are calculated off the base value at rank 1, which is a good idea. but what about effects other powers? does the increased damage from that rank of warp that increases power damage versus taget, only add a little more to the base percent?
also, what about the rank 6 sabotage? does it double the base value? finally, what about the incinerate rank 6 versus frozen targets or the targets takes x% more from things like cryo ammo or cryo blast?
are all of these just adding to the base value?

also, on a simillar note, squad ammo powers are at 50 percent. is that 50 percent damage bonus, or also 50 percent reduced chance to freeze/stun as well? is the duration of freeze/stun also reduced by 50 percent? and what does the rank 6 soldier power that influences ammo powers actually do? add 10 percent to the damage? add 10 percent to the chance to freeze/stun?
