My sister beat Mass Effect 3 last night.

Harbinger's beam hit and she found Kaiden and Garrus (her fan girly loves) dead, at her feet.  THIS PISSED HER OFF.

She was venting the entire way to Anderson.  Then she cried a little when he died and Shepard sat there, alone.

Xzibit God-Child showed up and explained the Reapers, giving her, her choices.  She chose Destroy and when the credits started rolling she yelled at me for having ever introduced her to the series to begin with.

Thanks BioWare, really appreciate it.  <_<

Tell her to read the codex next time. Especially the bit about Indoctrination. Also: have her look for clues about that in the game itself. Might change her mind about the ending.

So it's Bioware's fault you introduced your sister to this game? Good going there derp. Do you also keep handguns on the table and blame the gun manufacturer if she almost fires it as well? So it's Bioware's fault some girl didn't like their story.. oh wow big deal!?

Barely anybody liked the ending.

Before you call anyone a derp.. maybe you should take a look at your own insults first... just in case you come across as a derp... He never said she was a child. in fact he never said if she was older or younger, nor did he give an age...

So good going on your insult..

Kind of unfair that you're condemming Bioware for making something that seemed to have such an emotional affect on your sister, is it not?

No, I'm condemning the for the ending.  Her remarks are just an added result.

Oh, ok, sorry. I completely misjudged the tone of your post, thought you were being a lot more serious than you were. My bad.

She's cautiously hopeful that the theory is true.

Yeah, I think the reaction to the ending(s) is just a human thing. It doesn't matter what gender, age, or ethnicity you are, you'll be @#%ing mad.

It's all good.  Text based interaction makes tone less clear, more often than not.

Tell her to check this out. The theory starts off abit down the page. Worst case scenario: its dead wrong. But it does explain things in a way that makes sense.

Carry your troll ass elsewhere, it's simply amazing that you always come into the threads that down the endings and troll.

Looks like someone rushed to the ending if your squad is dead at your feet.

Your squadmates are shown dead after Harbinger's blast?

You see some bodies.  I can see how in that hazy dream vision, someone might think they're your squadmates.

If you have low EMS, you actually can see your dead squadmates.  I've seen a YouTube video of Shepard collapsing next to a dead Ashley on someone's playthrough.

She has no access to multiplayer.  That hurt her chances a bit.

The emotional effect should come from the story not the sudden lack of immersion that forces you to see the skeleton holding it together. The ending ruins immersion in the story and shows no regard for the characters or the players' choices. This takes the player out of the experience and suddenly all the player sees is the falseness of it all, the facade, the experience is no longer genuine - it is now a lie, and the facade holding it together falls away. This is what leads to all of the anger and depression at the end of ME3. It shouldn't be that way, I'm okay with a story making me angry and depressed, but it better be because I'm angry at the characters in the story or what happened to them, not because I'm angry at the story itself.

Well, my opinion on what's "good" is probably going to be under question for awhile.  What's there left to do but HOLD THE LINE.

Thank you again for your atempted insult.. but rest assured it fell on deaf ears... For you see I was joking. Maybe I need to define it for you.

Joke Noun: A thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter, esp. a story with a funny punchline.

It also had a mix of Sarcasm. I will define that for you too to make sure you understand.

Sarcasm Noun: The use of irony to mock or convey contempt.

You see your insult was baseless because this was a joke. It had nothing to do with me being a fan or not. It was to mock the irony of what his sister is doing, and to cause amusement.

Have a good day.
