Are squaddies affected by gun pack weight cooldown bonuses/penalties?

A bioware dev has said that only Shepard is affected by weapon weight. The post is on the forum somewhere, I found it by Googling when I wondered the same thing.
However, I don't think Bioware has clarified if ammo clip sizes or accuracy mods affect squad members yet.
