In certain instances like in the Nubian Expanse if I go from one system within the Expanse to another system and then enter it I get the relay jump screen instead of a quick transfer to the system's sun and planets. This has happened at least 3 other times in the game. It shouldn't be happening when going from one system to the next within an Expanse or Nebula or whatever you wish to call the place that hold the systems in the game.
