Even though it sounds almost as if Cleverbot is running it. You have to admire the restraint in the tweeter who can take people going "OMFG I hate ME3's ending you all totally suck" and turn it into "I'm sorry you feel that way what dont you like about the ending" It shows almost infinite patience. Either that or Biowares going to whip out something ultimate and then laugh at us. I'm going with Patience.
You've got some of my respect whoevers running @masseffect

The Shado...MassEffect twitter is actually a group of people, not a singular person.

They've hooked it up to an iPhone with Ciri running.

Very true, they must be switching off. I've heard in tweets before that the different community people manage it at different times.

That's precisely why I tried to be respectful in my comments, because I know people are just blowing up about the ending. I sure didn't want to add to that mess.

Absolutely agree. I feel for them in the same way I did the AT&T reps on Facebook during their service fiasco a few years back when they were in the iphone death spiral. @MassEffect is definitely giving it the college try, and has really kept the positive attitude. Although I doubt its anything more than good public relations, I still appreciate the job they are doing.
Even more so considering most working on the game probably know how truly sucky the ending was prior to release, but just didn't have the power to do anything about it. I will be really surprised if we don't hear lots of leaks from disgruntled staff before too long.
EDIT: I must say though, the @MassEffect's continual hints toward something more in the ending are pretty annoying. Either they screwed us with an unfinished product that they plan on finishing at a later date or they delivered a terrific game with a completely craptastic ending - those are pretty much the only choices.

That's probably a good thing, cuz' no way one person could handle all that negativity, even if they did agree. The human mind can only take so much, which is probably why we haven't heard anything substantial yet. We've probably shocked them into a coma.
