EA support is thee single biggest dissapointment and let down in a long time, pretty much like the entirety of EA as a company. I've got the CE version of ME3, put in all my codes, got all my DLC, and when I come onto this crap website and try to download the soundtrack? I get all kinds of "you don't ahve this game." Funny, my other DLC codes worked no problem.
Oh and what do I get from support when I contact them?
"Our tool isn't working that lets us check your account, come back later"
What? I mean, what? Really? So you admit that not only is ME3 full of bugs, this web site is full of bugs, but even your own CS solutions are crap and broken as well? Man, DRM + EA = the same as Activision Blizzard, complete and utter disgrace.
So, are we ever going to get our soundtrack download?
