After missions I usually go around and speak to my crew members. Tali, Garrus, Javik, Liara and so on. There are times when the voice audio cuts out completely before they finish talking. Or they start talking and then mid sentence automatically fast forward to another sentence. They do this a couple of times one right after another.
These are not cutscene dialogues but just the random dialogues you get if you click on them and they speak to you but no cutscene happens.
Another problem is when you get off the elevator at the CIC or come out of the door from security scanner to the War Room and Samantha Traynor is trying to tell you something but there is no audio. If subtitles are active you can see what she was trying to tell you, however if you do not have them active then you miss out on whatever it is she is speaking about.
These are serious bugs with the auto dialogue for crew and characters.

i have this issue, i had to turn on subtitles so i could read what they were supposed to be saying. They really need to fix this
