I know this can't be the only thread about this problem. I found out after the fact that going into the store while in the lobby can cause this problem, which is what I did. I lost 30$ in Bioware points and many legitimately earned points, in items. I lost every character unlock. I lost all my weapons, items, and addons.
I talked to Origin support, and was told there is nothing they can do. Is there an email address for Bioware support? I can't seem to find one.
Is there any hope I will see my items again? Or at least be refunded the points?
Multiplayer bug, lost everything, I have no idea what to do.

First of all, the official thread is located here - in the main multiplayer forums, as this is an issue that's affecting players on all the platforms - PC, Xbox 360, PS3.
But the short version is that Bioware has acknowledged the issue, but there hasn't been a public statement regarding a fix or compensation. People who have been in touch with EA customer support, including myself have heard that they are working to fix this as soon as possible. But this is hardly a surprise - what else are they going to say?
Generally, attempts at asking what form this fix or compensation will take have not gotten any straight answers. Some people have been promised points refunds, but this hasn't happened.
One player says that EA customer service told him that our data is still on the server, they're just working on re-connecting it to our profiles. If this is true, that's good, but only one person has reported hearing this.
You may wish to try visiting the help.ea.com site - there is a button on the right-hand sidebar marked 'Talk to a Game Advisor'. I realise you have spoken with them about it, but if they haven't already done so, get them to create a case file for you. The button on the site will bring up the e-mail web form as well.
To my knowledge, Bioware does not do direct customer support for Mass Effect 3 (the only game they do it for, I believe, is SWTOR). Your only option is to go through EA at this point.

Just trying to help. Figured the info might make it a tiny bit better, even if it's just sympathy from another player. We're all in the same (rapidly sinking) boat here. I want my guns and characters back too. We all do.
Multiplayer servers are going down for maint on Friday, and some people are speculating a fix may come in then. I'm not that optimistic because they haven't said a word about this, but...yeah, I guess it's possible. But I wouldn't hold my breath.
