Gonna do a second play through with my soldier at level 55 on insainity
any idea what build i should use.
i like ot have a good balance of guns with a decent cooldown time [i.e spam cuncussion shot]

Fitness, Adrenaline Rush, and Incendiary Ammo Maxxed out are a must for me. Anything else I can care less about.
