I can't talk to Jona Sedaris from the turian in the C-Sec office. The quest shows up in my journal, but when I go to the Presidium Commons to talk to the officer, his name doesn't show up under number 5, nor can I activate him upon walking up to the NPC. I have the ps3 CE please advise.

I still have the quest in my Journal saying to talk to Bailey's assistant at the Presidum commons C-sec station. I've left the Citadel to return to the Normandy in hopes the NPC might get reflagged. That didn't work either.
