After I just finished a game, a message popped up saying I was able to get a free BF3 pack (which I already had) and a Starter pack. I have already played the game a lot but only just recieved the Starter pack.
After accepting these I wanted to customise my unlocked characters (e.g. my Krogan Soldier) only to find that they had all become locked again. I had a Quarian Engi, Krogan Soldier, Drell Adept but now I can't use any of them. I've tried restarting my game but it didn't work. I have contacted support but they directed me here.
Is there a fix out there?
ME3 multiplayer characters no longer available! :C
