One person's art is another's toilet paper......for me, it was a little rough on the backside but got the job done.
The Ending is Poetic. Beautiful. It's Art.

Mass Effect is a sci-fi action shooter where you solve most of your problems by blowing stuff up. The ending to ME3 may or may not be 'art', but that doesn't mean it belongs on the end of ME3. IMO, it doesn't. But some people like it, and I'm fine with that too.

None of you have even explained what the plot holes are.
Games are active experiences, not passive experiences like movies. You haven't been active enough, apparently.
This explains it better than most of us can. Or at least in a more entertaining fashion.
All he says is speculation but I agree on his points as to why they're bad endings.
Take Joker for example. We know the Sol Relay was encased in Charon, so the argument was Joker went to get to the Relay to shoot out. I think that's actually wrong, I think he was trying to escape the initial explosion created from the Citadel which compelled him to FTL the hell out of there. Still doesn't bode well with me that'd run off like that but that's one example of interpretation that can be seen from multiple sides.
