I dodged. You fought a reaper earlier in the game that shot beams at you. How am I supposed to know this isn't some scripted encounter?

Is it unreasonable for to think that they might actually have to take some sort of action to survive in that situation when they are seeing it for the first time?

I zig-zagged. I actually think that scene was a stroke of brilliance. A mad dash to salvation with the enemy doing everything they can to stop you from making it.

I would've laughed if you could get hit and get Critical Mission Failure.

I probably rolled, can't recall if that was an option or not. But I can't go more than ten steps without rolling, it's like some sort of weird addiction.

I did a roleplay-appropriate degree of juking in between checking the radar to see if my squaddies got toasted.

I dodged like mad, since that made sense in relation to the rest of the game. How was I supposed to know that's when the game stopped making sense?

That happened to me enough times on Rannoch.

Pretty sure I killed Shepard with a heart attack from all the combat rolling
