Also the laser not trying to hit you is pretty telling. I even turned around mid way through to see if people were still following me.

I tried dodging, under the assumption that giant red laser beams + Shepard = dead Shepard, as it did on Rannoch.

I tried dodging until I messed up and nearly hit one, then Shepard auto-dodged it. At that point I just stopped bothering. Then Shepard got hit with one. Maybe I should have invested talent points in dodging.

I did the same. BW's Pavolvian conditioning from the Rannoch Reaper.

That was actually the most difficult part of the game for me.

Until I realized rolling was not the method to use.

I ran full force didn't dodge once I said wtf might as well

I stayed away from all the other soldiers because the Reaper seemed to be targeting them rather than me and I thought if I was too close when they got hit I'd get hit too. So a bit of zagging was done. Maybe some zigging as well. >_>

I tried to dodge as well as I could. When the laser actually hit me I genuinely thought I messed up and was about to get a Critical Mission Failure. I'll even admit that at first I was pleasantly surprised it was supposed to happen. Then of course came ":|".

I ran and dodged desperately and was filled with adrenaline as my Shepard desperately sprinted to victory whilst everyone around him was fried. But I was completely kicked in the teeth after that with the ending >.<

I agree. Dodging his stupid laser was probably the most annoying part in the game. I thought I'd have enough time to dodge it once and shoot the rocket weapon. I didn't obviously. It takes effing forever to charge it, especially when you only get a second or two to charge the weapon. Not only that, but the fight lasts until you hit the damn thing 3 or 4 times...effing ridiculous. HATED that part.

I just wanted him dead after that - I was so pissed. When traynor said something along the lines of "I never wanted a reaper dead like that" I whole heartedly agreed. I was so pissed I think it carried into the conversation afterwards and I said some renegade things to people.

you slowly build it up, you don't have to get a lock on in one trigger pull.
