I have been experiencing random lockups, crashes, and BSOD's since I first installed ME3. I've tried all sorts of fixes, nothing worked. Now tonight I cannot even get Origin to run. It comes up and asks me to read the EULA and then "POOF!" it goes away. I pulled up the task manager and it gets to about 11,000K and then it disappears from the list entirely. Same thing happens if I try to start ME3 first. It is driving me bonkers that I can't play the game at all. I tried to reinstall Origin, same thing happens when I start it. Anyone know how to fix?

Hi,
The Origin team are the experts on the Origin Client and may be able to help you directly with this problem, you can get in touch with them by visiting the following URL http://help.ea.com/en/origin and selecting "Talk to a Game Advisor".
Thanks

I always thought a BSOD is a sign of hardware failure, which implies it has nothing to do with Origin other than on what damaged harddrive you installed it.

Remember the good ol' days when you can just put in a disk, install, and play? No need to deal with clients...

im trying to reinstall the game, and its giving me an error saying it isn't even collector's edition, when i obviously took a pic with the game and all the crap inside of it right in front of me, yet the morons anwering the help guides are still NO USE to me whatsoever, except making my blood pressure skyrocket!

The EA help desk is abaolutely filled with people who have no idea what they're saying. Makes me want to apply for a job there because even I know more about Origin and the ME3 crashes than they do.

I found out how useless the EA helpdesk is, they are all foreigners reading from scripts.

Until you find out how little they're paying them...

Update: What finally worked was creating a whole new Windows Admin account. Why this worked is a mystery to me.
