wow everyone giving you answers is a dolt...totally missing (somehow) what you're asking.

there's no way to get Morrigan to follow you there. Far as doing it w/o a mage...range is your friend. Dunno how else to tell ya...ranged, perhaps one to run in and try to keep attention..keep everyone spread out and back from Flemeth...pause often using heal potions...reposition..etc...so make sure you're stocked up on healing potions also.

All Dragon's have stupid knockback (which is expected but still a pita) which is a lot of why you want to use range....so grab your bows and crossbows...lug around a large keg full of healing potion....and off ya go

Fire Resistance balms, lots of healing poultices, Indomitable 2H Warriors (like Sten and Oghren) and WIN. That's what I did.

I did this solo with a melee rogue, so yeah it's quite possible to do this fight without a mage present. I killed Flemeth by just running circles around her to avoid getting grabbed, kept moving while getting some damage in occasionally. This was on Nightmare so i'm sure you'll have little problems doing this on normal. A warrior should work fine also.

Just remember to bring a few pots with you.
