My wife pre-ordered my game at Christmas from Newegg. I seem to be missing all of the bonus content, Is that because it wasn't available through purchase from Newegg (which would suck BTW) or am I missing something. Will any of the gear be available later for purchase? Lastly, do I really want any of it?
