i completed the kingdoms of alumar demo......but it said i didnt get the item....so what happened. why wasnt i able to unlock the chackram luancher.....i was able to unlock the armor..

I completed it too, even playing during the 45mins of virtually nothing however ive been given nither the armor or the weapon.
