Between all the romances (Liara, Miranda, Vega, ect), all the secondary romances (Samara, Kelly, Traynor?) Which ones impact your ME1 romance? How many romance options can you keep spinning at once before you run out of plates? What is the most "complicated" scenario for male and female shepard? Are there romances that dont effect Liara/Ashley/Kaiden? How do they and how dont they react to different reactions?

Cheating on the Virmire Survivor can cause a confrontation in the hospital in ME3.
Cheating on Liara causes an amusing outburst in Lair of the Shadow Broker; I'm not sure if you can patch things up with her or not.
