I haven't been able to find an image or video of the Alliance Kodiak with "Caution" in white in the location it appears on the shuttle behind the kids head as Shepherd leaves Earth.

Also with the Shepherd lives destroy ending the Catalyst says "Wake up" Instead of "Why are you here."

Seems rather deliberate.
