I've heard you can "corrupt" Leliana and "harden" Alistair. How do you do these, and what are the impacts later on? Are there any more for other characters?

You don't really corrupt Lelianna as such. You just make her realize that hiding one's true nature is never a good idea.

When you meet Alistair's sister and she just want money, tell Alistair that everyone is out for themselves later. It will make it easier to convince him later at the Landsmeet and make him less easy going in general.
With Leliana you just tell her that she shouldn't shy away from and hide her past as a bard/assassin.
It's also possible to get them to have a threesome with you and Isabella at the Pearl if you change them.
There are probably other small dialogue changes here and there.

And foursome if you add Zevran.

Is there a cutscene? Or is it like the rest of the non-party-character scenes where you hug and it fades to black?
