Gosh, this is an incredibly annoying issue.
I bought the From Ashes DLC through Origin and opted to pay for the requisite 800 Bioware Points with PayPal. I managed to make payment for the DLC with some effort due to the buggy Origin interface - after which Origin promptly crashed. My credit card (via PayPal) got charged for the $10, but Origin isn't showing the DLC as activated.
I logged the fault with EA immediately, but 48 hours after receiving my case nr no-one has responded. How should I deal with this issue?

Customer support chat. Use it. My years of dealing with EA support as a (permanently) disgruntled (they have some of the laziest support among the big-name publishers) customer shows that you can submit tickets all you want, then connect to the support chat and they will fix your problem in under ten minutes almost every single time.

Glad I could help =) Enjoy, and remember to mash that ESC button after the FMV cutscenes in the DLC mission, because otherwise the game crashes to desktop =(

thanks for the heads up, now I just need to GET the dlc working, instead of getting the stupid error. everytime i log in and open me3. >_<
