It is telling me I am not allowed to post in the section. I beat the game and want to discuss my frustration with the ending with the masses here and I am unable to. I just joined a few days ago so I'm not sure if I have to do anything to be able to post there. Please let me know what I need to do. I'd like to post there mainly because everything I want to discuss contains spoilers and I don't want to discuss it in the non-spoiler section obviously.

Activate the game in your profile. It doesn't do that automatically.
Synching your EA account with the BSN account doesnt happen automatically. You should see an ME3 symbol underneath your avatar too once you've done this, like below mine.

The forum is currently locked by BioWare (some spamming/bad behavior).
They haven't done a great job of relaying that, but try back in 15 min. or so and see if it is unlocked.
