Thanks EA opened a case with you Called you and Chatted with yo..since you are the ones giving me the Purchase Confirmation email and you are Giving me a run around Id like my bioware points back....

To make a long story short I joined a room never going in store, played one match that we got to lvl 6 and the team died.. Got to the Mission stats with xp bar and Bam. Welcome to mass effect Please claim your starter pack Overlapped with the lobby screen. 

now as time goes on (got hit with this monday Morning) im unlocking my previous characters and I see that they still have the weapons before i got the starter pack item lock glitch even though i havent unlocked it yet but when i go to change the weapon it only shows the weapons i have after the lock. 

im kinda at a crossroad right now... i want my stuff back cause i cant play silver that well but since im unlocking it verry slowly  i want my points i spent in the store back and as the days go by i want what i spent back in my bank....

ok so now i have unlocked some of the characters that were re-locked they had the last weapon that i used and i thought that the issue was fixed but when i go into the weapon select menu for that character it only shows me what i CURRENTLY unlocked but not the weapons i got from the spectre pack using my bioware points before the re-lock. im kinda stuck right now.. and the more stuff i get that i previously unlock kills me slowly inside for spending bioware points for unlocks that ultamitely got locked by a bug (that is now fixed?).
